i2e builds Fixner (work orders, invoicing, point of sale) and develops custom platforms for the clients who use it.
Ijes Solar
client platform for solar-plant construction, running as a distributed system with Fixner: separate databases, kept in sync only through Fixner's public REST API.
From a high-level brief, designed a master-data model in which the platform, not Fixner, owns task templates, extending the existing work-order table instead of duplicating it; legacy work orders are promoted to the new model on first use, while old and new code paths coexist (strangler fig).

Found that the backend relied on the frontend to avoid duplicate work orders; moved the reuse-or-create decision server-side, preventing duplicates in Fixner and orphaned records locally.

×2×1Introduced a Gateway layer for Fixner's API (one class per resource, isolated retry policy), removing HTTP calls duplicated across services, and moved the existing compensation logic into a saga that keeps data consistent for ~40 field crews.
Gateway
Fixner
Built a 6-hourly reconciliation job that diffs Fixner's catalog against local data through a hash index, catching changes Fixner can't push (no webhooks); per-record transactions and backoff retries make it idempotent and fault-tolerant.

Wrote the technical design document for each phase and built the operational UI in Angular 17 with RxJS.

Fixner
sole developer of the point-of-sale app (retail, ~40 customers; hospitality)
Rebuilt the POS front to back from an AI-generated prototype: a typed Angular client and a REST layer without controller-to-controller calls.
untypedtyped
Redesigned hospitality invoicing: carts were only saved on demand and lost on reload; now a draft invoice is created in Fixner from the first item, so open orders persist and can be shared across tables.

Inversis (banking)
consulting engagement through i2e
Built and documented REST APIs (Java, Spring Boot, OpenAPI) during the migration of a legacy banking application to microservices.
LegacyMicroservices
Onboarded two new teammates amid high turnover, walking them through the tooling, repositories and the team's past decisions.
